How does Jupe work for hosts?

Jupe markets your site(s) for free and only takes a service fee from confirmed bookings that Jupe brings you through the platform.

When you list your site on Jupe, you'll be able to choose details about your site and bank account you'd like payments to deposit to (coming soon).

Guests on Jupe can only view listings if they specify a start and end date. Your listing will show in the search results if it is available for the dates the guest selected.

If a guest is interested in your site they can message you or send a booking request. If a guest messages you and are interested in staying at your site, invite them to send a booking request through Jupe. You are in complete control and can accept or decline booking requests as you see fit.

When you accept a booking request, you'll be able to choose which bank account to payout to. The guest will then be prompted to pay the full cost of the stay.
Note: A guest is officially accepted after they pay the booking deposit through Jupe.

Guests pay through Jupe. For longer stays, rent is due on the 1st of each month by default. Guests automatically receive rent reminders from Jupe 3 days before it's due, on the day it's due, and every day they're late.

For longer stays in which you've requested a security deposit, you can return the security deposit through Jupe by going to Transactions in your hosting dashboard and then "Return Deposit".
