If a guest is interested in your site, you will receive email and text message notifications for new messages and booking requests, so long as you have them enabled in your settings.
Inquiries will be one of two types:
1. Inquiry (message)
When guests send a message, they usually have more questions for you before deciding to sending a booking request. You can respond to messages by replying directly to the email notification, SMS notification, or in your Jupe Inbox.
2. Booking request
Guests send booking requests when they are more serious about staying at your site. You'll see the message they've included with the booking request in your Jupe Inbox, along with details about their booking request in Requests & Stays.
