Yes. If the request hasn’t been accepted by the host, you can cancel the request and send a new one with the updated booking details.
To change a booking request:
- Go to Requests & Stays.
- Find the pending booking request you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel booking request and then Yes, cancel request to confirm.
- Send a new booking request with your changes (if desired).
Can I cancel a booking request that's been accepted?
If you would like to cancel a booking after you have paid your rental deposit, contact us to complete the cancellation.
The person who initiated the cancellation will be responsible for paying a $75 cancellation fee. Their service fee will not be returned, however any processing fees (credit card fees) will be returned.
The host determines how much of the booking deposit is returned to the renter based on their cancellation policy.
